Debuting later this summer, this unique program gives Coldwell Banker’s best and brightest a stage on the largest luxury media platform, spanning 48 websites in 22 markets and reaching a digital affluent audience of 50 million in the United States. Beverly Hills-based Global Luxury Ambassador Jade Mills will kick off the series at an epic modern view compound on world-famous Blue Jay Way, offering the epitome of the L.A. lifestyle. She’ll be talking about the art of working with VIP clients and representing A-list listings. The No. 1 agent in the entire Coldwell Banker network, Carrie Wells of Aspen, will follow up with an exploration of the resort towns trend as she walks viewers through one of her stunning designer listings — a “Colorado Home of the Year” nestled at the base of Smuggler Mountain. Then comes Ricardo Rodriguez of Boston-Back Bay, who will cover luxury urban renewal and what’s ultimately selling in cities right now. These ambassadors will serve as guest editors to Modern Luxury, shining a spotlight on the most prized homes in their listing portfolios as well as their personal expertise, industry authority and current trends driving luxury real estate. The videos will live on Modern Luxury websites across the country, driving visitors to the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury website. We are very excited about this upcoming content program and its power to highlight our brand’s most essential values: home, integrity, ingenuity and excellence. It’s yet another tool we have added this year to our powerhouse portfolio of elite marketing platforms and partnerships for Global Luxury Specialists.
