Last month, Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® Property Specialists from all over Southern California converged on a $16.995 million waterfront new property in Corona del Mar for an exclusive V.I.P. networking event.

About 90 Luxury Property Specialists attended with Michael Altneu, vice president of luxury for Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC plus a special panel of Southern California real estate experts including Joyce ReyTeri Armstrong HardkeCasey Lesher and Kristin Halton, who shared the latest tools and tricks for not only staying current, but also staying one step ahead in the marketplace.

The backdrop was a contemporary, 5-bedroom Corona del Mar Village estate perched on the bluff front built by Nicholson Companies and designed by Teale Architecture and Bliss Design. Between the seaside elements and sunset panoramas of the Pacific, Harbor and cities beyond, the property provided an inspiring setting for everyone to network, hone their skills and get rare face time with each other.

The event is but one of several special events, panels, conversations and property showcases that the Coldwell Banker brand hosts throughout the year where Luxury Property Specialists get a chance to connect with executives and the most influential agents in the business.
